The bulk of my experience includes strategic planning and leadership development. I am grateful for the many opportunities that have led me to help empower others with respect, integrity and care. My career path includes work in various industries including legal, software development, consulting, health care and most recently, higher education. I am a graduate of Clarion University with a Bachelors in Management and Marketing and a minor in International Business. I obtained my PHR in 1995 and SHRM-SCP in 2018. Prior to moving to full-time education she worked in Human Resource administration for 8 years in a small manufacturing company. Dr. Adam serves on the Advisory Council for SPHRO, the board for the Mission Co. ,and as the Region 4 Director of the Pennsylvania Business Education Association (PBEA).
