Washington & Jefferson College After serving 20 plus years in Human Resources Management, I continue to learn new aspects of this profession each day. The bulk of my experience includes strategic planning and leadership development. I am grateful for the many opportunities that have led me to help empower others with respect, integrity and care. My career path includes work in various industries including legal, software development, consulting, health care and most recently, higher education. I am a graduate of Clarion University with a Bachelors in Management and Marketing and a minor in International Business. I obtained my PHR in 1995 and SHRM-SCP in 2018.
